Venture beyond the cellar door for a memorable experience. We are the only Hunter Valley winery that both grows and makes Touriga Nacional onsite, a red portuguese grape variety.

A visitor highlight is the opportunity to experience a day in the life of a viticulturist, winemaker and olive producer.  A walking tour into the vineyard, olive grove and winery uncovers what happens behind the scenes.  A relaxed and educational tasting in the cellar door reveals the secrets of the vineyard, winery and the makers.  Visitors can linger with a glass of artisan wine and olives on the verandah or in front of the fire with a light lunch.

The large estate guesthouse offers the ultimate wine and olive experience, accommodating 10-18 guests - perfect for celebrations, weddings or a weekend escape.

Whispering Brook is featured as one of the 7 best Hunter Valley wineries by Thomas Woodgate, CNN Travel and has been given a 5 star winery rating in the James Halliday Wine Companion.
