Music on both nights will be provided by renowned Harpist Samantha Black. The menus are as follows -
Bud Burst 1 - Wednesday September 12th 6.30pm for 7pm
First Course – Seared Scallops on a sweet carrot puree with basil pesto and Chorizo dust.
Second Course –Deboned chicken wings stuffed with ginger and apricot on a bacon and cabbage nest with a star anise glaze.
Third Course – Char grilled lamb fillets with a smoched eggplant puree, minted peas and beetroot coulis.
Fourth Course – Orange and almond cake a botrytis syrup.
Fifth Course – Gorgonzola and aged black wax cheddar with fresh pear and Shiraz paste
Each course will be complimented by a glass of matching wine provided our wine hosts for the evening “Tulloch Wines”.
The evening is strictly limited to 46 places and your booking needs to be secured by ticket purchase which you can do over the phone or in person at our venue. The cost of tickets is $90.00 each.
