Hotel Cessnock will be holding two dinners to celebrate “Bud Burst “in 2018. We would like to invite you to purchase tickets to attend either dinner which will to be held Wednesday September 12th and Wednesday September 26th.
Bud Burst 2 - Wednesday September 26th 6.30pm for 7pm
First Course - Sugar cured salmon wrapped in smoked salmon with a fennel salad and a lemon dill fraiche.
Second Course – Goats cheese tart with baked asparagus and roasted capsicum coulis.
Third Course – Twelve hour slow cooked beef cheek in a rich red wine and forest mushroom sauce, celeriac puree, glazed eschalot’s and baby carrots.
Fourth Course – Chocolate and pistachio Marquise with fresh raspberries and double cream.
Fifth Course – King Island Roaring Forties blue and double brie cheese with fresh pear and quince paste.
Each course will be complimented by a glass of matching wine provided our wine hosts for the evening “First Creek Wines”.
The evening is strictly limited to 46 places and your booking needs to be secured by ticket purchase which you can do over the phone or in person at our venue. The cost of tickets is $90.00 each.
