Canapé - CROQUETS
Potato and double smoked ham croquet, green pea aioli and snow pea tendril - Paired with Lovedale Lager
Entree - SMOKED SALMON
“Hop” smoked salmon with fennel remoulade, cucumber lemon gel - Paired with Surry Hills Pilsner
Second Course - PORK RIBS
Locally sourced pork ribs twice cooked with a Sydney Cider, star anise chilli glaze with Granny Smith slaw. - Paired with Sydney Cider
Main Course - BRAISED BEEF
Darlo Dark Jacks Creek braised beef, with potato cream, red onions, toasted wheat and oat crumble and Porter jus - Paired with Pyrmont Rye IPA
Dessert - DARK CHOCOLATE PARFAIT
Frozen dark chocolate parfait with Malt blackened figs and mascarpone sorbet - Paired with Potts Point Porter
Time: 6.30pm for 7.00pm start. Conducting brewery tours from 6.30pm for all attending.
$20 coach transfer from Crowne Plaza Newcastle and Kotara South Football Club (Nesbitt Oval) to dinner and return.
