Come and join us for a meat extravaganza, and a showcase of our amazing Red Wines.
*Duck liver parfait with charred sour dough and cornichons. Served with our Red Sparkling.
*Spatchcock on four cheese risotto ball with beetroot relish. Served with our Rose.
*Smoked duck breast with carrot puree and cherry, rosemary and honey jus. Served with our Merlot.
*Beef cromesquis with carrot puree and horseradish cream. Served with our Diedrich Shiraz.
*Red wine poached eye fillet with potato galete and caramelised eschallot. Served with our Petit Verdot.
*Saffron poached pears with honey chocolate sauce. Served with our Liqueur Muscat.
Gluten free options available.
We will have some white wine alternatives if required.
This is a special night to feast upon some of Matt Dillow’s finest creations, each course paired to one of our Gartelmann Reds.
